Dr. S. Ragahdo Yosodiningrat, SH, LLM, affectionately known as Aga, has captured the public's attention with his remarkable career achievements. At a relatively young age, he earned his doctoral degree and handled various cases as an Associate Partner at the Henry Yosodiningrat & Partners Law Firm. For Aga, education is of paramount importance, providing a strong foundation to navigate the intricacies of the professional world, particularly in the field of law. Hence, he chose Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH) as the institution to pursue his education, which would help him realize his career aspirations. "One of the reasons I decided to join UPH Faculty of Law is because it offers the highest education quality among private universities in Indonesia," says Aga, a graduate from the class of 2013.

Growing up in a legal environment, Aga had always aspired to become a lawyer from a young age. He was inspired by his father, Henry Yosodiningrat, a renowned lawyer and Chairman of the National Anti-Drug Movement (GRANAT). With hard work and responsibility, Aga is committed to providing the best service to his clients, earning their trust.

"As an Associate Partner, my role and responsibility involve direct interaction with all clients. One of the most memorable cases was the trial of Brigadier ‘J’ for obstruction of justice in a murder case. I handled the case directly and responsible to oversee associates working on this case," he explains.

Working in the legal field has exposed Aga to various challenges. According to him, one of the greatest challenges stems from the rampant presence of legal and judicial mafias in Indonesia. This has led him to realize that the legal system in Indonesia still requires continuous improvement. Especially because justice is a right for all Indonesian citizens.

Reflecting on his college days, Aga recalls many memorable experiences during his 3.5 years of study at UPH's Lippo Village Campus in Karawaci, Tangerang. "During my college years, I participated in numerous student association activities. I believe that these experiences in student organizations have honed my skills as a lawyer. It was at UPH where I took the first steps toward achieving my dream of becoming a lawyer with a strong work ethic and unwavering integrity," Aga shares.

Since his college days and throughout his career, Aga has consistently strived to give his best while upholding the values he firmly believes in integrity and idealism. For him, these two values are crucial for anyone aspiring to a successful career in the future. Therefore, he hopes that the younger generation entering the professional world will embrace these values and become individuals who make a positive impact.
