Dr. Lestari Moerdijat, S.S., M.M., or Rerie, has an extensive track record of accomplishments in media leadership, social foundations, and government. She has worked as a journalist, social activist, and politician. She has been appointed as the Deputy Chairperson of the People's Consultative Assembly of the Republic of Indonesia (MPR RI) since 2019.

Despite her busy career, Rerie remains committed to personal growth and continuous learning. This commitment led her to complete the Master and Doctoral in Management programs at Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH), where she gained a transformative and holistic education.

"Learning is a lifelong journey, both personally and professionally. This inspired me to continue my education at UPH, which provides superior, holistic, and transformative education so that I can deepen my knowledge and become a better change agent," said Rerie.

For Rerie, studying at UPH was not just about gaining knowledge, but also about becoming a learner with an impact beyond the campus or workplace. The supportive lecturers, particularly her promoters, motivated her to explore the depths of knowledge and to develop as a superior learner.

"Studying at UPH is a dynamic and dialogic process that encourages talent development and provides pleasant experiences, while also upholding humanistic and spiritual values," Rerie noted.

The knowledge and skills Rerie gained at UPH prepared her to make a greater contribution to the development of the Indonesian nation, both as Deputy Chairperson of the MPR and in other roles she holds in society. Her story exemplifies the importance of lifelong learning in achieving personal growth and making a positive impact on the community.
